Because our magnets are made to order, we do not provide refunds. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You may be required to provide proof that the item is damaged or broken in order to receive a replacement.
